What About Planning Fees?
My Time & Expertise Have Value.
I believe in being transparent about how my planning services work.
Many vacation can be planned and booked without a separate planning fee, while certain requests or specialized planning services may be subject to a planning/service fee.
This can include things such as:
- Extensive custom research
- Multiple quote revisions
- Certain group travel arrangements
- Honeymoon planning
- Airfare-only bookings
- Other services outlined in my terms
Any applicable fee will be communicated to you before you move forward.
There will never be a surprise fee added after you've committed to working with me.

No!
If all you know is that you need a vacation, that's enough to start.

Do you only plan Disney vacations?
No!
Mystic Pathways Travel Company specializes in a variety of vacations, including Disney, cruises, all-inclusive and beach vacations, honeymoons, family vacations, ski and mountain getaways, European travel, activities, excursions, group travel, and custom vacations.
Can You help me stay within a budget?
Absolutely.
Your budget is an important part of the planning conversation. I'll help you explore options that align with the budget you've shared while considering the overall value of the vacation.
What if I need to change something after booking?
Travel plans can change if you need assistance with your reservation, reach out to me and I'll help you understand your available options and next steps based on the supplier's policies.
How far in advance should I start planning?
It depends on the destination, travel dates, and type of vacation.
Popular destinations, cruises, Disney vacations, holidays, honeymoons, and group travel can benefit from planning well in advance.
Bookings made less than 60 days prior to departure date does not qualify for a deposit and will require full payment at time of booking.
When in doubt, it's usually better to start the conversation early.
