Thank you for choosing Mystic Pathways Travel Company to help plan your vacation. My goal is to make the planning process as easy, personalized, and stress-free as possible.

 

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with travel planning or booking services.

 

By continuing with the planning or booking of travel through Mystic Pathways Travel Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel planning and booking services provided by Mystic Pathways Travel Company unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

1.0 ROLE OF MYSTIC PATHWAYS TRAVEL COMPANY

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company acts as a travel advisor and booking intermediary between the client and independent third-party travel suppliers.

 

Travel suppliers may include, but are not limited to:

• Cruise lines
• Hotels and resorts
• Airlines
• Theme parks
• Tour Operators
• Transportation companies
• Excursion providers
• Vacation package providers
• Travel insurance providers

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company does not own, operate, or control these suppliers. 

 

Travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and availability of the applicable supplier.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with researching, planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements, but cannot guarantee the performance of any third-party supplier.

 

2.0 PLANNING & SERVICE FEES

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company is committed to providing personalized travel planning and support. While many of our travel planning services are complimentary when a client books through Mystic Pathways Travel, certain services may require a service fee due to the additional time, research, planning, and support involved.

 

All service fees are non-refundable once planning services have been provided, regardless of whether the client ultimately completes the booking or cancels their travel plans.

 

2.1 Standard Vacation Planning

 

Initial vacation planning is complimentary when a client is seriously considering booking travel through Mystic Pathways Travel Company.

 

Clients may receive up to three personalized quote options based on the information provided during the initial vacation consultation.

 

These options may include different resorts, room categories, itineraries, cruise options, destinations, or other appropriate alternatives depending on the type of vacation being planned.

The purpose of providing multiple options is to allow the client to compare suitable choices and make an informed booking decision.

 

2.2   Quote Revisions

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company understands that clients may need reasonable adjustments while making their final decision.

 

Minor revisions to an existing quote may be made at the discretion of Mystic Pathways Travel Company and may include things such as:

• Changing room categories
• Adjusting the number of travelers
• Adding or removing certain trip components
• Comparing reasonably similar options
• Making adjustments based on availability or pricing changes

 

A minor revision to an existing vacation plan does not automatically constitute a new quote.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company reserves the right to determine whether a request constitutes a reasonable adjustment or a substantially different quote.

 

2.3 Additional Quote Planning Fee

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company recognizes that some clients may wish to explore substantially different vacation options after the initial quote options have been provided.

 

To ensure that the time and research involved in extensive additional planning are properly valued, an Additional Planning Fee of $50 may apply when a client requests a substantially different quote beyond the three initial quote options.

 

A substantially different quote may include, but is not limited to:

• Changing to a different destination
• Changing from one vacation type to another
• Requesting a completely different cruise line or itinerary
• Requesting a significantly different travel date
• Requesting an entirely new resort or hotel search
• Requesting multiple unrelated vacation concepts
• Repeatedly changing major components of the trip after previous options have been researched.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company will never charge an Additional Planning Fee without first notifying the client and receiving approval to proceed.

 

Before additional research begins, the client will be informed that the requested work falls outside the included planning service and will be given the applicable fee.

The client may choose whether or not to proceed with the additional planning.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company reserves the right to determine whether a request constitutes a minor revision or a substantially different quote based on the amount of additional research, planning and work required.

 

The Planning Fee is not a booking fee and does not guarantee a specific price, availability, promotion, resort, cruise, itinerary, or other travel arrangement.

 

Travel pricing and availability are controlled by suppliers and may change at any time.

 

2.4 Planning Fee Booking Credit

 

If the client chooses to book the vacation through Mystic Pathways Travel Company, the $50 Additional Planning Fee will be credited toward the client's eligible booking, subject to any applicable supplier restrictions.

 

2.5 Airfare-Only Booking Fee

 

A $50 Airfare-Only Booking Fee applies when airfare is the only travel component being booked through Mystic Pathways Travel Company.

 

Because airfare-only bookings may not provide compensation to Mystic Pathways Travel Company, this fee covers the professional time and expertise involved in:

• Researching available flights
• Comparing flight schedules and options
• Identifying flights based on the client’s preferences
• Coordinating passenger and flight information
• Completing the airfare reservation
• Providing applicable booking support

 

The fee is $50 per airfare reservation, rather than per traveler, when travelers are booked together on the same reservation.

 

The Airfare-Only Booking Fee is separate from any airfare, airline-imposed fees, baggage fees, change fees, cancellation fees, or other charges assessed by the airline or travel supplier. Such charges remain the responsibility of the traveler.

 

2.6 Honeymoon Planning Fee

 

Due to the highly personalized nature of honeymoon planning, a $100 Honeymoon Planning Fee applies to honeymoon planning services.

 

Honeymoon planning involves additional research and coordination related to resorts, room categories, transportation, special requests, travel insurance, and other honeymoon-specific considerations.

 

The Honeymoon Planning Fee includes personalized honeymoon research and planning, and quote revisions necessary to help the client select their preferred vacation.

 

The client will be notified of the fee before honeymoon planning begins.

 

2.7 Honeymoon Booking Credit

 

If the client chooses to book their honeymoon through Mystic Pathways Travel Company, the $100 Honeymoon Planning Fee will be credited toward the client’s eligible booking, subject to any applicable supplier restrictions.

 

The fee is intended to compensate Mystic Pathways Travel Company for planning services and is not a guarantee of travel arrangements, pricing, availability, or booking.

 

2.8 Group Travel Planning Fee

 

Group travel requires additional coordination and administrative work due to the number of travelers, accommodations, payments, deadlines, room assignments, changes, and communication that may be involved.

 

A Group Travel Planning Fee starting at $150 may apply to group bookings.

 

The final Group Travel Planning Fee may vary depending on the size, complexity, destination, length of travel, number of accommodations, and level of coordination required. 

 

Groups involving 10 or more travelers, multiple rooms, multiple households, or complex payment and booking arrangements may be subject to a customized planning fee.

 

The applicable Group Travel Planning Fee will be communicated to the client before group planning begins, and the client must approve the fee before Mystic Pathways Travel Company begins the applicable planning services.

 

2.9 Group Booking Credit

 

If the client chooses to book the group trip through Mystic Pathways Travel Company, the applicable Group Travel Planning Fee will be credited toward the eligible group booking, subject to any applicable supplier restrictions.

The planning fee is intended to compensate Mystic Pathways Travel Company for the time, research, coordination, and administrative services involved in planning group travel.

 

2.10 Planning Fee Approval

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company will clearly communicate any applicable planning or service fee before the work associated with that fee begins.

 

No additional planning fee will be charged without the client’s prior knowledge and approval.

 

By approving an applicable planning fee, the client acknowledges that the fee compensates Mystic Pathways Travel Company for professional planning, research, consultation, coordination, and administrative time.

 

Planning fees are separate from any deposits, payments, cancellation fees, change fees, supplier fees, or other charges imposed by third-party travel suppliers.

 

2.11 Payment & Non-Refundability of Service Fees

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, service fees are non-refundable once the applicable planning, research, booking, or support services have been performed.

 

If a client chooses not to book after planning services have been provided, the applicable planning fee remains due and will not be refunded unless otherwise stated in writing.

Where a planning fee is eligible to be credited toward a booking, the credit is only available when the client books the applicable trip through Mystic Pathways Travel Company and is subject to the terms outlined above.

 

Payment of a service fee does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a specific travel arrangement. Travel prices and availability are subject to change until the applicable reservation has been confirmed and paid in accordance with supplier requirements.

 

3.0 QUOTES, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

 

All quotes, itineraries, recommendations, and pricing provided by Mystic Pathways Travel Company are subject to availability and may change without notice until the applicable reservation is confirmed.

 

Pricing may change due to:

• Supplier price changes
• Availability
• Taxes and fees
• Promotional offers
• Currency fluctuations
• Changes made by the supplier
• Other factors outside Mystic Pathways Travel Company’s control

A quote does not guarantee a particular price, room, cabin, flight, resort, or other travel arrangement.

 

Promotional offers, discounts, credits, upgrades, and other incentives are subject to availability and the applicable supplier’s terms.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company will use the information provided by the client to research and recommend travel options that best fit the client’s stated preferences, budget, dates, and travel needs.

 

4.0 CLIENT INFORMATION & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, for each traveler, necessary to arrange their travel. 

 

This may include:

• Full legal names
• Dates of birth
• Contact information
• Travel dates
• Passport and ID information
• Loyalty program information
• Special requests
• Accessibility requirements
• Dietary requirements
• Payment information
• Other information required by the applicable supplier

 

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all information provided to Mystic Pathways Travel Company before a reservation is finalized.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company is not responsible for problems, fees, penalties, denied boarding, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client.

 

5.0 BOOKING AUTHORIZATION

 

By submitting a booking request and accepting these Terms & conditions, you authorize Mystic Pathways Travel Company to make travel reservations on your behalf with the applicable travel supplier(s).

 

You understand that once a reservation is confirmed, it may be subject to the supplier’s:

• Deposit requirements
• Payment deadlines
• Cancellation policies
• Change policies
• Refund policies
• Terms and conditions
• Other applicable restrictions

 

A booking is not considered confirmed until the applicable supplier has accepted the reservation and any required payment has been processed.

 

6.0 DEPOSITS & PAYMENT DEADLINES

 

Travel arrangements may require a deposit or payment at the time of book.

 

Clients are responsible for making all required payments by the deadlines provided by Mystic Pathways Travel Company and/or the applicable travel supplier.

 

Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in: 

• Cancellation of the reservation
• Loss of deposits
• Loss of promotional pricing
• Additional fees
• Changes to travel arrangements
• Other supplier-imposed penalties

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company may provide payment reminders as a courtesy; however, the ultimate responsibility for meeting payment deadlines remains with the client.

 

7.0 CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, & REFUNDS

 

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and reservation.

 

Clients should contact Mystic Pathways Travel Company before requesting changes or cancellations whenever reasonably possible.

 

Changes or cancellations may result in:

• Non-refundable deposits
• Cancellation fees
• Change fees
• Fare differences
• Loss of promotional rates
• Rebooking fees
• Other supplier-imposed penalties

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company cannot override a supplier’s cancellation or change policies.

 

7.1 Refunds

 

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable travel supplier and the terms of the specific reservation.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company does not determine whether a supplier will issue a refund.

 

Refund processing times are controlled by the applicable supplier and/or payment processor and may vary.

 

Service fees charged by Mystic Pathways Travel Company, will not be refunded unless disclosed in writing before the fee is charged.

 

8.0 SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

All travel arrangements are also subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and contracts of the applicable travel supplier.

 

These may include separate passenger contracts, cancellation policies, payments schedules, health requirements, baggage policies, resort policies, cruise line policies, airline policies, and other supplier-specific terms.

 

In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplier’s terms governing a specific travel arrangement, the supplier’s terms may control that particular travel arrangement.

 

Clients are responsible for reviewing applicable supplier terms.

 

9.0 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 

Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all travel documents required for their trip.

 

Depending on the destination, this may include:

• Passports
• Visas
• Travel authorizations
• Government-issued identification
• Birth certificates
• Documentation for minors
• Vaccination or health documentation when applicable
• Other destination specific documentation

 

Travel requirements can change.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company may provide general information and resources regarding travel documentation; however, clients are ultimately responsible for confirming that they possess the documents required for their specific travel arrangements.

 

10.0 TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company strongly recommends that clients consider purchasing travel insurance.

 

Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain unexpected circumstances, depending on the policy.

 

Travel insurance policies vary significantly.

 

Clients understand that insurance policies vary and may contain exclusions, limitations, deductibles, and other conditions.

 

Clients are responsible for reviewing their policy carefully and determining whether the coverage meets their individual needs before purchasing.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company does not guarantee that a particular insurance policy will cover any specific loss, cancellation, illness, delay, or other circumstance.

 

• I would like to receive more information and possibly a quote about travel insurance policies
• I understand the benefits to travel insurance, but decline to purchase any at this time.

 

11.0 SUPPLIER CHANGES & DISRUPTIONS

 

Travel suppliers may change or cancel portions of an itinerary for reasons including:

• Weather
• Mechanical issues
• Staffing
• Operational changes
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Transportation disruptions
• Safety concerns
• Other circumstances outside the supplier’s control

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company will make reasonable efforts to assist clients when supplier changes occur.

 

However, Mystic Pathways Travel Company cannot guarantee that a supplier will maintain the original itinerary, schedule, accommodation, transportation, or activities.

 

12.0 FORCE MAJEURE

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

Such circumstances may include:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Government actions
• War or civil unrest
• Strikes
• Transportation disruptions
• Supplier failures
• Acts of terrorism
• Other extraordinary circumstances

 

In such situations, Mystic Pathways Travel Company will assist clients in communicating with applicable suppliers and exploring available options, subject to supplier policies.

 

13.0 SPECIAL REQUESTS

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company is happy to communicate special requests to travel suppliers when possible.

 

Examples include:

• Room preferences
• Dining requests
• Celebrations
• Dietary requests
• Accessibility requests
• Connecting rooms
• Bed preferences

However, special requests are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the supplier.

 

14.0 HEALTH, ACCESSIBILITY, & MEDICAL NEEDS

 

Clients are responsible for communicating relevant needs to Mystic Pathways Travel Company and/or the applicable travel supplier.

 

Travel suppliers may have specific policies regarding:

• Mobility devices
• Medical equipments
• Dietary restrictions
• Pregnancy
• Medical Conditions
• Accessibility
• Medications
• Other health-related needs

 

Clients should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding their ability to travel when necessary. 

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company does not provide medical advice.

 

15.0 FLIGHTS & TRANSPORTATION

 

When flights or other transportation are included in a vacation package, they are subject to the applicable carrier’s policies.

 

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving at airports and transportation locations on time
• Meeting check-in requirements
• Having required documentation
• Reviewing flight information
• Following carrier policies
• Providing accurate passenger information

Schedule changes and cancellations are controlled by the applicable carrier or supplier.

 

16.0 CRUISES

 

Cruise reservations are subject to the cruise line’s own passenger contract, policies, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and health and safety requirements.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the cruise line’s terms and ensuring that they meet all documentation and check-in requirements.

 

Cruise itineraries, ports, schedules, onboard activities, and other offerings may change.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company cannot guarantee that a cruise line will operate exactly as originally advertised.

 

17.0 THEME PARKS & ATTRACTIONS

 

Theme park vacations, including Disney vacations, are subject to the policies of the applicable theme park, resort, ticket provider, and other travel suppliers.

 

Park hours, attractions, entertainment, dining availability, transportation, reservation requirements, and other offerings may change.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company does not control theme park operations and cannot guarantee the availability of any particular attraction, experience, restaurant, character experience, or entertainment offering.

 

18.0 CLIENT COMMUNICATION

  

Mystic Pathways Travel Company will communicate important booking information using the contact information provided by the client.

 

Clients are responsible for checking their email and other agreed-upon communication methods for:

• Payment reminders
• Booking confirmations
• Travel documents
• Supplier updates
• Itinerary changes
• Important deadlines

 

Clients should notify Mystic Pathways Travel Company if their contact information changes.

 

19.0 COMMUNICATION DURING TRAVEL

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with travel-related issues during their trip.

 

However, clients understand that some issues must be handled directly by the travel supplier or service provider, particularly when immediate assistance is required.

 

For urgent situations involving:

• Flights
• Cruises
• Hotels
• Transportation
• Medical emergencies
• Safety
• Lost or stolen property

Clients may need to contact the applicable supplier or emergency services directly.

 

20.0 COMMISSION & SUPPLIER COMPENSATION

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company may receive commissions or other compensation from travel suppliers for eligible bookings.

 

The availability or amount of compensation does not determine whether a particular travel option is recommended.

 

Travel recommendations are based on the client’s stated preferences, needs, budget, and trip goals.

 

21.0 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company may recommend or arrange services provided by independent third parties.

 

Mystic Pathways Travel Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, or other conduct of independent travel suppliers.

Clients agree to review the terms and conditions applicable to each supplier involved in their trip.

 

22.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mystic Pathways Travel Company is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, delays, cancellations, expenses, or other consequences resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers or circumstances outside Mystic Pathways Travel Company’s reasonable control.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Cruise changes
• Hotel issues
• Lost luggage
• Missed transportation
• Weather
• Illness
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Supplier cancellations
• Changes to itineraries
• Personal injury
• Property loss or damage

 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

 

23.0 DISPUTES

 

If a concern arises regarding services provided by Mystic Pathways Travel Company, the client agrees to first contact Mystic Pathways Travel Company so that the matter can be reviewed and, when possible, resolved.

 

24.0   ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 

By signing below or electronically checking the acknowledgment box, the client confirms that:

• They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• They have had an opportunity to ask questions.
• They understand that travel suppliers have their own terms and policies.
• They understand that pricing and availability may change until confirmed.
• They understand applicable cancellation and payment policies
• They understand their responsibility for travel documentation.
• They understand the recommendation to consider travel insurance.
• They agree to the Terms & Conditions of Mystic Pathways Travel Company.

 

Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding. By continuing with the planning or booking of travel through Mystic Pathways Travel Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you may not proceed with travel planning or booking services through Mystic Pathways Travel Company.
